Service Description

For a limited time I am offering single sessions again. 1 hour session. $250 (USD). This is not therapy. I am not a therapist. Typical client concerns are: "I haven trouble standing up for myself or saying no" "I keep dating jerks" "I feel like I'm not good enough." "I feel like no one will ever love me." "I feel guilt/shame about x" The first thing I ask everyone when we start: what do you want to accomplish? My client will tell me what is bothering them and we start by figuring out what exactly they want. We clarify a goal. We figure out the obstacles. We talk through some confusing thoughts, limiting beliefs, paradoxes... until we get more clarity and relief. This is all in one session. Most of my clients get significant relief from one session. Payment is requested prior to the session. I will email you an invoice and you can pay online. Session is only confirmed when payment is received. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please email me at info@natashahynes.com or reply to the confirmation email you will recieve after booking. Cancelling 24hrs or more before your appointment entitles you to a refund.
